The result of our inspections is a Report that derives from the established procedures of a visual inspection where, in a professional manner and easy to understand by all parties, we show the technical characteristics of the property and inform the possible issues that it may have, with the purpose of putting in the hands of our clients and their agents a document (report) that indicates the conditions of the property they wish to acquire, remodel, update or sell.
